The modern, high-quality furnished apartment in green tones offers 60 m² of space for families or small groups. The bright living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven, as well as underfloor heating for pleasant warmth.
There are two bedrooms with double beds (box spring beds) and a pull-out sofa for children. In addition, there is a bathroom with WC, bidet, and rain shower as well as a separate daytime WC.
Enjoy relaxing hours on the terrace with whirlpool, sun loungers, and a table with benches, surrounded by a large meadow. A parking space is available directly at the house.

The terrace with a large meadow invites you to relax and is equipped with sun loungers, a table, and benches. A parking space is available directly at the house.

All prices are per holiday apartment and per day. Included are heating, electricity, hot and cold water, bed linen, hand and bath towels, internet, and final cleaning. The local tourist tax is not included and is charged separately on site. It currently amounts to €2.10 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over.

Start your holiday day in a delicious way! Upon request, we can prepare a breakfast package with fresh and partly farm-produced products. Please let us know before your arrival which package you would like. On the day of arrival, the groceries will already be ready in your refrigerator or kitchen. Payment is conveniently made on site.

All apartments are non-smoking holiday apartments. - Note for winter months:
We recommend appropriate winter equipment. Roads are cleared daily from 7:00 am. - Payment terms:
With the booking confirmation, you will receive an invoice for a deposit of 30% of the total price.
The reservation becomes binding once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is payable on site in cash.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days before arrival:
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the booked arrival date. - 30 to 15 days before arrival:
Cancellations during this period will be charged at 40% of the total price. - 14 days to 1 day before arrival and on the day of arrival:
Cancellations during this period or on the arrival day will be charged at 80% of the total price. - No-show, late arrival, or early departure:
In these cases, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged.
If your travel plans change unexpectedly, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible. This allows us to find a suitable solution together. We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to ensure financial protection in case of cancellation.
